HOW TO MEASURE FOR A PATCH:
Length + Width / 2 = Patch Size
2) The % of Patch covered by embroidery: 50%, 75%, or 100% coverage

Suggested Minimum Font Size
In order for the text on your patch to be legible we suggest that the minimum Font Size is no less than 3/16" tall (0.1875")
